From Track to Marathon

​

In 2020 I shifted from shorter track events to the marathon. The longer distances demanded more precision, more strategy, and a deeper understanding of fueling and recovery. That transition sparked a genuine curiosity for nutrition science and performance.

Where It Started

​

I’ve been a competitive national‑level distance runner since my early teens. Years of training, racing, and injuries taught me how powerful the right guidance can be and how much confusion exists around what actually works.

Becoming a Dietitian

​

I began my dietetics degree in 2021. Over five years I combined formal study with real‑world learning: self‑experimentation, clinical placements, podcasts, books, and staying across the latest research. This mix of academic training and lived athletic experience now shapes everything I do.
